
Our Hot Yoga class is
open to beginners and is practiced in a room that reaches about 105
degrees. Since the room is hot the yoga is slow and deep. This type
of yoga allows the body to safely reach greater depth. Hot Yoga is a
series of 32 postures and includes all the Bikram postures.
A series of 26
postures performed in a heated room. The series is a full-body
workout and can be performed by first-time students as well as an
advanced practitioner.
Our
Power Yoga class is open to beginners and is practiced in a room heated to
about 90 degrees. Since the room is less hot the yoga moves faster.
We "flow" from one posture to the next.
Power yoga is
an athletic style of yoga that will build strength, endurance and
flexibility.
A slightly less intense version of our Power Yoga.
This class is for
anyone who wishes to take their practice to the next level. Students of all levels are welcomed to join this class.
This class is a general yoga class for everyone. It is a spiritual journey.
Yoga just for kids, ages 6-12.
